This is a short-notice fight where Onama has a significant advantage being a highly touted prospect who already has a win over Armfield. These two fighters fought in the amateur ranks, where Onama won via decision; however, he has come a long way since then, and his striking has improved immensely. Onama has won via finish in all nine of his victories. I always like taking short-notice matchups to finish early as fitness can not be guaranteed for both fighters. Armfield is stronger at grappling than striking and will likely tire early if he's not in peak fight shape, pointing me further towards the Onama KO.

Tresean Gore is an exciting up-and-coming fighter with low volume striking but good awareness to wait for the finishing blow. Gore is relatively inexperienced in MMA; however, we have seen vast improvements in his fights. Brundage is predominantly a grappler and has shown a weak chin in the past. Brundage has been KO'd in his only previous loss against a striker and was rocked by Lungiambula before Dalcha's low fight IQ put him in a bad position. Gore will be out for blood after losing his previous UFC fight against Bryan Battle, which was supposed to be the Ultimate Fighter finale. At the weigh-in, Brundage touched Gore which wound him up, and you could see the fire in his eyes.

Turcios is well-rounded with good striking and shows admirable submission attempts off his back. Zahabi is the younger brother of trainer Firas Zahabi but hasn't lived up to his brother's reputation so far. Zahabi has been out of the UFC for almost 18 months and may show some rust in his return. This might be the end of the road for Zahabi.

Caio Borralho is a powerful fighter who showed in his UFC debut the potential he has. Borralho is a good striker; however, his ability to grind on his opponents and work them over in a body lock makes him an exciting prospect. Borralho has trained with legendary grappler Damian Maia for years and picked up many of Maia's ground game acumen. Borralho is a position over submission fighter with decent IQ, which will send him to a victory here. Petrosyan is a strong Muay Thai fighter who has dangerous striking. Although Petrosyan is not strong on the mat, he has shown decent defensive wrestling and a good get-up game in the past. I lean to a slight advantage for Petrosyan on the feet; however, I believe Borralho will control this fight where he feels more comfortable. This brilliant fight will show us who is the better of the two strong prospects.
