By signing up to a blackswanbets.com membership you agree to these terms and conditions, they are subject to change as required by the business.
Tips are for members only and must not be shared externally.
Links to join private channels are for the intended member only, and should not be shared to non-members.
Billing for monthly memberships is the 16th of the month or the anniversary of your sign up date. Check your account to confirm which yours is.
When offered a discount code or free trial, each customer may use one coupon per product only. Customers are welcome to use a coupon to try different products; however, not the same product.
We define a product by the tips sent, e.g. the Full-Season, Monthly and Weekly memberships of the NBA Multis Action Plan count as one product, not as three products.
When our system checks find a coupon used incorrectly or misused, the user is charged the correct price of their purchase.
We give members the flexibility to change their plans, plan changes must be genuine and not done in order to access a wider range of bets by changing back and forth between plans. Where a customer is accessing a higher plan through “constant switching”, their account will be put on the higher plan.
All test models, live test results, and past results do not indicate future results and do not guarantee future results.
We respect your privacy and your data, we may from time to time contact you with newsletters or offerings, but, you will always have the option to unsubscribe.

To create the best experience for our members, we need everyone to agree to a few simple terms and conditions and answer a few quick questions. Term 1. I agree that I will notify Black Swan Bets at support@blackswanbets.com before accessing their product if I currently work, or I have worked in the past for any business related to or who operates as a bookmaker, and or any parent company or subsidiary of any bookmaker or gambling-related business, either in Australia or overseas.
Term 2. I agree not to disclose any betting selections I receive through any method provided by Black Swan Bets. (The only applicable exception to this is Bets publicly shared by Black Swan Bets on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Youtube, or posted by Black Swan Bets on the public areas of the blackswanbets.com website).
Term 3. By agreeing to these terms and conditions I declare that I do not currently work for any business, as described in Term 1. I agree to not disclose any information to any person or business, as described in Term 2. I understand that giving false information in order to share any betting tips will result in the ending of any memberships and prosecution or litigation where this information has been used to damage the business or other members/customers of the business. I understand that sharing information leading to the restricting or banning of member's bookmaker accounts or giving misleading answers to gain this information for this purpose is directly against the terms and conditions and is an effort to undermine and defraud Black Swan Bets and it's members/customers. First Month Profit Promise Terms and Conditions.
On a Monthly plan, If your first month with Black Swan Bets has not made a profit, please contact us to claim your second month free. Check below to see if you are eligible and contact us at support@blackswanbets.com to claim.
Applies to Monthly Purchases after 11:59 pm AEST on Monday, May the third, 2021 (03/05/2021).
The month starts on the date you purchase and ends the next month one day prior. E.g. for purchase on March the fifteenth, the first Month Profit Promise assessment will end on April the fourteenth. E.g. 15/03/2021 to 14/04/2021.
Suppose your plan does not make a profit during the period. In that case, after contacting us, we will credit your blackswanbets.com account the total amount of your purchase.
Profit and Loss are measured by the advised stakes at the odds available when the tip is sent.
