Matchup Insight

This match was an ugly game the last time these two teams matched up. Matt Ryan was off with his accuracy, and Julio Jones was out of the game. The offensive line has also been beaten up since then, but I think having a healthy Julio and Ridley will lead the Falcons to a win here. The Panthers have continued to play above their collective talent level, and I see big things in this team's future. The Panthers skill position players have stepped up early in the season, with Robbie Anderson, DJ Moore, and Curtis Samual seemingly getting better every week. Teddy Bridgewater seems to have a good handle of the offence and should be in control in a game versus a weak Falcons pass rush. With both teams having multiple weapons, I like both quarterbacks to have big days. Still, it is too difficult to know who will get the majority of the targets in this matchup. Either team could win this game, but I like the over, especially if you can get it at 50.5.
