Cristian Garin VS Nick Kyrgios

Garin keeps pressing forward and picking up the upsets. While we think Kyrgios will be too strong here, Garin can easily make Nick work. Kyrgios is battling both injury issues and now impending legal charges so chances are he won’t have his head 100% in the game. Everything points to another long match here.

Taylor Fritz VS Rafael Nadal

Nadal is playing excellent tennis right now after a slow start to the tournament. Taylor Fritz is currently playing the best tennis of his career and won against Nadal the last time they played each other. Fritz can make this match interesting and we expect him to take at least a set off Nadal before Rafa’s experience takes over.

Ajla Tomljanovic VS Elena Rybakina

This looks to be the end of the line for Tomljanovic who has played as best she can in the tournament. Both these players have similar styles, however, Rybakina just does everything a bit better. The biggest telling point in this match will be Tomljanovic’s error count and poor second serve which Rybakina can attack.

Simona Halep VS Amanda Anisimova

We have two brilliant grasscourt technicians here however Halep looks to be on course to make yet another Wimbledon final. These two ladies played each other a couple of weeks ago on grass resulting in a 6-2 6-1 domination for Halep. We expect this match to be a bit closer, but Halep shouldn’t find this too much of a challenge.
